Sabrina requires an initial consultation for all new clients. This is your opportunity to share what your needs are, your story and what modalities you have tried in the past to manage your stress, anxiety and health challenges. This is also an opportunity to learn more about how yoga therapy and functional stress management works, ask all your questions and see if it is the right fit for you.
